Committee of Adjustment Notice of Hearing, February 27

This notice is to inform residents and businesses that the Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic Public Meeting on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 7:00 PM to hear a Provisional Consent to Sever application pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.

Consent Application B1/2023 relates to a request for Consent to a right-of-way regarding the lands legally described as Part 1, Plan 51R-32339 (see Location Map). The purpose of the application is to permit a right-of-way for driveway access over 5 Robert Street West for the benefit of 7 Robert Street West. The effect of the application is to provide driveway access to a parking area in the rear yard for the property owner and tenants at 7 Robert Street West.

Written comments are requested no later than February 22, 2023; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
