Notice of Intent to Update the Fees and Charges By-Law

The Town of Penetanguishene is updating their Fees and Charges By-law, which sets out the costs for a wide variety of municipal services.

Committee of the Whole (CoW) recommended the proposed changes to the Fees and Charges By-law #2019-72 at their meeting on November 10, 2021. If approved by Council at their meeting on December 8, 2021, the updated fees will come into effect on January 1, 2022.

The proposed fees and charges were posted to the municipal website on Friday November 5, 2021, as part of the November 10, 2021 CoW agenda package.

The proposed by-law will be posted to the municipal website no later than Friday December 3, 2021, as part of the December 8, 2021 Council agenda package.
