A reminder that New cards are now available that have a unique 14-digit card number which allows for more security for the user. In the event a card is lost or stolen, the card number can be used to look up the user's account in our system, and it can then be blocked/cancelled so that the user's pre-paid funds are not being used. Those funds can then be transferred to a new card.
