Committee of Adjustment, August 22, 2022

The Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an Electronic Public Meeting, Monday, August 22, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. to hear Minor Variance  applications  pursuant  to  Section  45  of  the  Planning  Act, R.S.O. 1990. The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.

  • Minor Variance Application A7/2022 relates to the lands legally described as Part of Lot 48 Plan 51M740 and Parts 1 & 2 on Plan 51R-34765and is municipally known as 2 Dube Drive (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application A6/2022 relates to the lands legally described as Part of Lot 132 and 133 on the East Side of Church Street Plan 70 in the Town of Penetanguishene more specifically described as Part 2 on Plan 51R-23523 and is municipally known as 63 Broad Street (see Location Map attached).

Written comments are requested no later than August 17, 2022; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
