Flags lowered at Townhall in honour of Her Majesty’s passing

Flags outside of all Town of Penetanguishene buildings will be flown at half-mast to honour the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

“I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Her Majesty the Queen and her 70 years of service,” says Mayor Leroux. “Her death is a major milestone for our nations, and we as a community offer our sincere condolences to the Royal Family.

All flags will be half-masted from today, September 8 until 8:00 am on the day following the Funeral.
