Here, in Penetanguishene and across the world, people are adapting to a new kind of life as we work collectively to lessen the spread of COVID-19. It's times like these that our ability to look out for one another is most important.
We can't stress enough that even though we want to keep the community spirit alive - we also want to promote self-care and healthy habits. Remember, social distancing plays a critical role in fighting this virus. You can maintain your safety, that of your family, and that of our community by following the guidelines laid out by our local health unit, as well as all three levels of government.

• Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media.
• Make time to unwind and do activities you enjoy.
• Connect with family and friends by phone, text, or email.
