Implementation of a Two Shift Winter Maintenance System
The Town of Penetanguishene would like to advise all residents and businesses that the Roads Division has implemented a two (2) shift winter maintenance schedule commencing Monday, November 30th, 2020 until April 30th, 2021. The Roads Division currently operates in a single shift rotation, 7:00AM - 3:30PM. The new schedule will have staff working in two shifts, a day shift and night shift to provide better coverage during our winter months.
The Roads Division would like to remind the residents/businesses that the equipment used, as part of the normal winter operations, will make noise (back up sounds) throughout the night.
