MAIN STREET RECONSTRUCTION

 

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS/BUSINESSES

 

Dear Resident/Business Owner:

 

This notice has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department to inform you that JB Enterprises Ltd. has already initiated the mobilization of their forces and equipment on site. In preparation for the start of construction project detour and notification signs have been installed on the major roads approaching the Main Street.

 

The work will begin at the entrance to the Philip H. Jones Pollution Control plant and will include the set-up of a sanitary sewer by-pass pumping system and a temporary water system. Asphalt removals and pulverization will also take place along the entrance to the Pollution Control Plant.

 

During this time the vehicular traffic travelling on the Main Street will be detoured around the work area in accordance with the approved traffic control plan.
