Notice of Adoption of Water System Financial Plan

In accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 Ontario Regulation 453/07, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene adopted the Water Systems Financial Plan at their Regular Meeting of Council on March 13^th, 2019 in accordance with the Water System Licensing requirements of the Act.

The Water System Financial Plan was presented by BMA Consulting Inc. at the February 13^th, 2019 Committee of the Whole.

A copy of the Water System Financial Plan is available to the public, upon request, at the Town of Penetanguishene Townhall and on the Town’s website at www.penetanguishene.ca.
