Notice of Adoption of Water System Financial Plan

In accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002 Ontario Regulation 453/07, notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene adopted the Water Systems Financial Plan at their Regular Meeting of Council on January 11, 2023, in accordance with the Water System Licensing requirements of the Act.

The Water System Financial Plan was presented by BMA Consulting Inc.

A copy of the Water System Financial Plan is available to the public as an attachment to this notice and at Townhall upon request.
