The Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an Electronic Public Meeting on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm. The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
• Consent Application B5/2022 relates to the land composed Part Lot 52, Concession 4, Plan 69 in the Town of Penetanguishene and is municipally known as 81 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).
• Minor Variance Application A5/2022 relates to the lands legally described as Part Lot 52, Concession 4, Plan 69 in the Town of Penetanguishene and is municipally known as 81 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).
Written comments are requested no later than July 20, 2022; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
