Notice of Committee of Adjustment July 27th

The Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, July 27th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following seven applications:

  • Minor Variance Application (A3/2020) relates to the land composed of the Part of Lots 14, 15 and 16, Registered Plan 542 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 25 Robert Street East (see Location Map attached).
  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B4/2020 relates to the land composed of the Part of Lots 14, 15 and 16, Registered Plan 542 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 25 Robert Street East (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A6/2020) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 95 on Registered Plan 70 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 27 Jury Drive (see location map attached)
  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B6/2020 relates to the land composed of Part 1 on Reference Plan 51R-32339, Part of Lot 11, Plan 9 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 5 Robert Street West (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A4/2020) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 52 on Plan 69, and furthermore described as part of Lot 33 on Plan 1712 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 73 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).
  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B5/2020 relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 116, Concession 1 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 1075 Lafontaine Road (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A5/2020) relates to the land composed of the Part of Lot 116, Concession 1 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 1075 Lafontaine Road (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A6/2020) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 95 on Registered Plan 70 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 27 Jury Drive
