Notice of Committee of Adjustment: Monday April 22, 2024

This notice is to inform residents and businesses that the Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public hearing on MONDAY, APRIL 22, 2024, AT 7:00 PM to hear a Provisional Consent to Sever application pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

The electronic public hearing will be hosted using the “Zoom” platform. Written comments are requested no later than April 17; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.

  • The consent application (File No. B2/2024) relates to the property municipally known as 177 ROBERT STREET EAST (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance application (File No. A8/2023) relates to the property municipally known as 74 SHANAHAN ROAD (see Location Map attached).
  • The consent application (File No. B5/2023) relates to the property municipally known as 74 SHANAHAN ROAD (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance application (File No. A2/2024) relates to the property municipally known as 280 WATSON ROAD (see Location Map attached).
