Notice of Committee of Adjustment: Monday, September 27

Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:

  • Minor Variance Application (A15/2021) relating to the land composed of Part of Lot 102 and 103 on Plan 70, municipally known as 16 Broad Street (see location map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A16/2021) relating to the land composed of Lot 56 on Plan 51M-1171, and municipally known as 36 Beausoleil Drive (see location map attached).
  • Consent Application B5/2021 relating to the land composed of Part of Lot 114, Concession 1 formerly in the geographic Township of Tay now in the Town of Penetanguishene and municipally known as 40 Edward Street (see location map attached).
  • Consent Application B6/2021 relating to the land composed of Block 95 on Registered Plan 51M-226 and municipally known as 136 Fox Street (see location map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
