Notice of Intention to Pass an Amending By-law to Remove a Holding “H” Symbol
The Town of Penetanguishene Council will be holding a meeting on February 8, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Townhall at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, to consider an application to pass an amending by-law to remove a Holding “H” symbol from Zoning By-law 2000-02, as amended, pursuant to Sections 34 and 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c.P.13, as amended.

The lands subject to the proposed amendment are municipally known as 284 Watson Road and are more specifically described as Part 5, 6, 7, and 8 on Plan 51R-43373 (see the location map attached).
