Notice of Municipal Sidewalk Repairs and Remediation Work to Wharf Shoreline

NOTICE TO BUSINESSES AND RESIDENTS

The Town of Penetanguishene would like to inform residents that J. Hoover Ltd. will be completing repairs to the municipal sidewalk at the wharf, as well as remediation work to the associated shoreline due to erosion and high-water levels over recent years.

These repairs will begin Tuesday, September 7th, 2021. The entire project is scheduled to be completed over a period of approximately 4 weeks, weather permitting. During this time access to the Dock Lunch and Municipal Launch Ramp will be maintained throughout the course of the project.

A detailed photo of the remediation area, highlighted in pink is attached.
