PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION No.2
FOR THE
MAIN STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
This notice has been issued by the Public Works Department to inform residents and business owners that a second Pre-Construction Public Information Session will be held for the Main Street Reconstruction Project within the Brian Orser Hall of the Penetanguishene Memorial Community Centre on Tuesday, February 20th 2018 between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public, businesses and the residents of Main Street an additional opportunity to meet with representatives from the Town and JB Enterprises Ltd., so that any questions or concerns can be addressed prior to construction beginning in the Spring of 2018.
The construction drawings for the project will be on display during the meeting and a summary of the scope of the project will be provided to those in attendance. In addition, further details on the proposed traffic control plan, de-watering plan and other project details will also be outlined by Town Staff and the Contractor.
A copy of the Main Street Reconstruction drawings is available for viewing on the Town website at www.penetanguishene.ca.
