Request for Quotation - Development Charges Background Study & By-Law Update

The Town of Penetanguishene is seeking qualified consultants to update the Town’s Development Charges Background Study and By-law, pursuant to the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, Chapter 27, as amended.

The Town of Penetanguishene has issued a Request for Quotes for this project. RFQ documents may be obtained at the Municipal Office at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, or on the Town’s website Home Page under Communications.

This time and date shall be the closing date of the Request for Quotes. Quotes submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. Digital submissions will not be accepted.

In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, any personal information bidders provide is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will be used only for selection purposes.
