Road Closure and Water Service Interruption – Fox Street, between Sheridan Street and Yeo Street

This notice has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene to inform you that there will be a road closure on Fox Street, between Sheridan Street and Yeo Street (outlined in red). This section will be closed on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The road closure is required for the installation of new water infrastructure. During this installation, a water service interruption will occur from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm (outlined in blue).

When the water service resumes you may experience a slight discoloration in the water for a short period of time. We ask that you please remove the screens from your faucets and open all taps for approximately 5 -10 minutes to remove any air and to flush your plumbing system.
