Service Advisory: Voicemail Issues Due to Provider Outage

The Town of Penetanguishene offices are currently experiencing issues with the phone system’s voicemail service, with the issue stemming from our phone provider. As a result, some voicemail inboxes may be full, and callers may not be able to leave a message.

While this issue is being addressed by our phone service provider, our team remains committed to delivering service excellence and assisting residents however we can.
