Service Disruptions at Town Hall, Penetanguishene Arena, and Penetanguishene Museum

The Town of Penetanguishene is currently experiencing a Rogers internet outage affecting Town Hall, the Penetanguishene Arena, and the Penetanguishene Museum. As a result, phone lines and payment processing systems at these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Residents are encouraged to use online service options where possible during this interruption. Staff at all affected locations remain available for in‑person assistance; however, some services may be limited until connectivity is restored.
