Special Committee of the Whole  

• Committee received a presentation from BMA Management Consulting Inc. regarding the Water and Wastewater Financial Plan.  
• Committee approved the Water & Wastewater Utility Rate Study Update as presented.  
• Committee received a letter from resident D. McEntee regarding 2023 Budget Considerations for information.  
• Committee received a memo regarding the Arena Financial Contribution from Tiny for information.  
• Committee approved the award of the Community Based Strategic Plan project to McSweeney & Associates Consulting Inc. 
• Committee received the 2023 Draft #3 Budget documents for information and discussion. Committee approved that the next Draft include a $40,000 increase to Sidewalk Maintenance.
