Wharf Structural Repair Work
The Town of Penetanguishene Recreation and Community Services Department would like to inform residents/businesses that work to restore the structural integrity of the Concrete Wharf at the Historic Port of Penetanguishene will commence the week of July 15th, 2019. This project will take approximately 4-5 months to complete, weather permitting.
Vehicular access to the Town Dock and pedestrian access to the Tourist Information Centre will be maintained throughout the course of the project. Access to the wharf will be restricted as well as different areas of the parking lot as the project progresses. Please use extra caution when travelling either by vehicle or foot in and around the construction area.
