Updated as of October 14th, 2020: All in-person Provincial Offences Act (POA) matters scheduled from Monday, March 16, 2020 through to and including Friday, January 22, 2021 will be adjourned and rescheduled to a later date. If you have a matter scheduled in-person during this time, do not attend court. This applies to all POA courts in Ontario.

SIMCOE MUSKOKA – A class order under Section 22 of the Health Protection and Promotion Act has been issued by Simcoe Muskoka’s Medical Officer of Health (MOH) to enforce COVID-19 self-isolation requirements. The order took effect October 6, 2020 and remains in effect until the MOH declares it is no longer needed.
It is time to "raise some spirits!" This October, hop in the car with your family, friends or by yourself, and participate in a good old-fashioned ghost hunt.
