Notice of Committee of Adjustment August 24th, 2020
The Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an electronic public meeting on August 24th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:
Provisional Consent to Sever application B7/2020 relates to the land composed of Lots 14 and 15, Concession 3, formerly in the Township of Tay now in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 1290 Sandy Bay Road (see Location Map attached). The purpose of the application is to sever five (5) parcels of land from the property. Please refer to the attachement on the website for full dimensions.
