Notice of Committee of Adjustment January 25, 2021
Updated Meeting Time: The Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment meeting scheduled for January 25th, 2021 will be held at 7:30 pm. All other meeting information remains the same.
Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:
- Minor Variance Application (A1/2021) related to the land composed of Blocks 112, 120 and 121 on Registered 51M-355 in the Town of Penetanguishene, municipally known as 40 Thompson Road (See location map attached).
- Minor Variance Application (A4/2021) related to the land composed of Lot 11 on Registered Plan 51M-1109 in the Town of Penetanguishene, municipally known as 21 Hatton Drive (See location map attached).
- Minor Variance Application (A2/2021) related to the land composed of Lot 6 on Plan 319 in the Town of Penetanguishene, municipally known as 60 Fox Street (See location map attached).
- Minor Variance Application (A3/2021) related to the land composed of part of Lot 53 ON Plan 69, Part 2 on reference plan 51R-18480 and Parts 1 and 2 on 51R-18918 in the Town of Penetanguishene, municipally known as 17 McArthur Drive (See location map attached).
The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
