Notice of Committee of Adjustment Meeting March 27, 2023

This notice is to inform residents and businesses that the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an ELECTRONIC PUBLIC MEETING ON MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2023, AT 7:00 PM.

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.

• Minor Variance application A1/2023 relates to the lands legally described as Lot 59 Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1712 formerly in the Township of Tay now in the Town of Penetanguishene and is municipally known as 70 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).
• Consent Application B2/2023 relates to the land composed of Lot 59 Registrar’s Compiled Plan 1712 formerly in the Township of Tay now in the Town of Penetanguishene and is municipally known as 70 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).

Written comments are requested no later than March 22, 2023; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
