Notice of Committee of Adjustment Meeting September 26, 2022

The Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an Electronic Public Meeting, Monday, September 26, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. to hear a Minor Variance application and Consent Application. The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.

• Minor Variance Application A8/2022 relates to the lands legally described as Part of Lot 116 Concession 1 in the Town of Penetanguishene formerly the Township of Tiny more specifically described as Part 2 on Plan 51R-5433 and is municipally known as 1074 Lafontaine Road (see Location Map attached).
• Consent Application B6/2022 relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 116 Concession 1 in the Town of Penetanguishene formerly the Township of Tiny more specifically described as Part 2 on Plan 51R-5433 and is municipally known as 1074 Lafontaine Road (see Location Map attached).

Written comments are requested no later than September 21, 2022; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
