Notice of Hearing, Committee of Adjustment: April 25, 2022

The Town of Penetanguishene, Committee of Adjustment will hold an electrionic Public Meeting on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 7:00PM to hear the following Provisional Consent to Sever application pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990:

  • Consent Application B3/2022 related to the land composed Part Lot 19b, Registered Plan 51R-25733, in the Town of Penetanguishene and is municipally known as 1056 Fuller Avenue (see Location Map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
