Notice – Proposed Amendment of the Traffic/Parking By-law 2022-02

This notice has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department, in accordance with the Implementation of Traffic/Parking By-law Amendments Policy, to inform residents and businesses that the following changes to the Traffic and Parking By-law 2022-02 that are being proposed by Town staff.

The proposed changes to the Traffic/Parking By-law are being recommended for approval in a report being presented to the Committee of the Whole on May 14, 2025.

Should you have any comments on the proposed changes to the Traffic/Parking By-law please forward them to the undersigned by email (bmurray@penetanguishene.ca) by May 9, 2025 and they will be added to the staff report being presented on May 14, 2025
