Notice - Winter Parking Restrictions Reminder 2023

The Town of Penetanguishene would like to advise residents and businesses that Winter Parking will be in effect from November 1, 2023, until April 1, 2024, between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., as per By-law No. 2022-02.

During this time, residents and businesses are reminded that no vehicles are to be parked on the roads, shoulders and municipal parking lots from 1:00am until 7:00am.

Keeping vehicles off roadways and sidewalks is critical for crews to complete snow-clearing operations. Vehicles obstructing winter operations vehicles or equipment may be subject to the full penalties outlined in the by-law, including towing.
