Notice of Committee of Adjustment: June 28, 2021

Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:

  • Minor Variance Application (A9/2021) relates to the land composed of Blocks 112, 120 and 121 Registered Plan 51M-355, and municipally known as 40 Thompsons Road (see location map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A10/2021) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 19 Registered Plan No. 404, and municipally known as 45 Harriet Street (see location map attached)
  • Minor Variance Application (A11/2021) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot Q Plan 479, and more particularly described as Part 3 Reference Plan 51R-20570, and municipally known as 111 Poyntz Street (see location map attached).
  • Consent Application (B2/2021) relates to the land composed of Lot 10 on the west side of Maria Street Plan 404 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 20 Maria Street (see Location Map attached).
  • Consent Application B3/2021 relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 27 Registered Plan M-392 formerly in the Township of Tay, now in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 11 Oakdale Court (see Location Map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
