Notice of Committee of Adjustment: Monday, August 23, 2021
Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, August 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:
- Minor Variance Application (A12/2021) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 112, Concession 1 and is municipally known as 9795 County Road 93 (see location map attached).
- Consent Application (B4/2021) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 112, Concession 1 and is municipally known as 9795 County Road 93 (see Location Map attached).
- Minor Variance Application (A14/2021) relates to the land composed of Lot 56 on Plan 51M-1171, and municipally known as 36 Beausoleil Drive (see location map attached).
- Minor Variance Application (A13/2021) relates to the land composed of Lot 55 of Plan 51M-1171, and municipally known as 34 Beausoleil Drive (see location map attached).
The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
