Notice of Intention to Pass an Amending By-law to Remove a Holding “H” Symbol, November 10, 2021

Council of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an Electronic Public Meeting on November 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.. to consider the following applications:

  • The lands affected by the proposed amendment are municipally known as 40 Thompsons Road and are currently zoned Residential Fourth Density Holding (R4-H), Residential Fourth Density Exception One Holding (R4-1-H), Residential Fourth Density Exception Two Holding (R4-2-H), and Residential Fourth Density Exception Three Holding (R4-3-H) (see Location Map attached).
  • The lands affected by the proposed amendment are municipally known as 155 McArthur Drive and are currently zoned Shoreline Rural Residential One (SR1) with Holding “H” Symbol (see Location Map attached).
  • The lands affected by the proposed amendment are municipally known as 65 Polish Avenue and are currently zoned Shoreline Rural Residential One (SR1) with Holding “H” Symbol (see Location Map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
