Dog Off-Leash Guidelines

1. This is not a supervised facility.  People and dogs visiting do so at their own risk.
2. Dog owners are subject to Ontario’s Dog Owners Liability Act.
3. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the off-leash area.
4. A person must be present with a leash(es) and in view of the dog(s) under their care at all times.
5. Aggressive dogs are not permitted in the off-leash area.
6. Dogs must be vaccinated, spayed or neutered.  Puppies under (4) months of age are prohibited.  (not updated on vaccinations).
7. Dog feces must be picked up and disposed of by the owner in the receptacles provided.
8. No more than two dogs per person within the area.
9. No food, dog chews, breakables, spiked or chain link collars are permitted in the off-leash area.
10. This park is for the enjoyment of people and their canine pets.  No other animals are allowed.
11. Professional dog trainers must not use this facility for the conduct of their business.
