Committee of Adjustment: May 20, 2022

The Town of Penetanguishene will hold an electronic Committee of Adjustment Public Meeting on Monday, May 30, 2022, at 7:00 P.M.to hear two Minor Variance applications and a Consent Application based on the Planning Act.

1. Minor Variance Application A3/2022 relates to the lands legally described as PCL 68-1, Lot 68, Plan 51M226, municipally known as 12 Yeo Street (see Location Map attached).

2. Minor Variance Application A2/2022 relates to the lands legally described as PT LOT 25 N/S BROCK ST PL 36, 51R-48583 and municipally known as 27 Church Street (see Location Map attached).

3. Consent Application B1/2022relates to the land composed Part of Lot 14, Concession 3, Geographic Township of Tay, now in the Town of  Penetanguishene,  and  municipally known  as  1230  Sandy  Bay  Road (see Location Map  attached). 

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
